and accountability for every aspect of the project. That's because dealing
with two, three, or more professionals significantly increases the number
of things that can get off track. Typically, Vanguard’s involvement begins at the concept stage, assisting with site selection, project feasibility, planning, design, budgeting and financing. We develop a project team consisting of the client, architect, engineers, trade contractors, and other professionals required to complete the job. Vanguard manages the bidding and permitting process. We provide a project manager and on-site supervision to assure that all aspects of the project meet specific goals. Our clients are involved in decisions at the level they desire and are consistently updated on all aspects of the project’s status. |
